Dear Parents,

With Friday's announcement that dormitories will reopen for Winter Term 2 and all students, boarding and day, will be invited back to campus for in-person classes, we need to know what each student is planning to do next term. We do not want to make any assumptions about your plans because the school will continue to offer an online program for students who cannot return to campus due to travel restrictions or health concerns.

It is important to indicate your child's plan for the entire term. While we will endeavor to support any student's circumstances, changes to class enrollment mid-term, particularly from online to in-person, may not be possible given class size limitations and social distancing requirements.

Please let the school know your child's plans for Winter Term 2 using this online form. We ask that the form be submitted by 5 p.m. EST on Wednesday, January 13. To access the form, you will be prompted to log in to the Parent Portal. All students planning to learn online should also indicate what time zone they will be living in during Winter Term 2 (February 1–March 8).

If you have more than one child at Loomis, you will need to submit multiple forms — one for each child. If your plans change after you submit the form, please email your child's academic dean with the new information.
