Program Overview
The Loomis boys golf program has a tradition of success in the Founders League. We have won many championships and have sent numerous student athletes to play intercollegiate golf. We play a competitive schedule at some of the finest golf venues in the Northeast and host the annual Bader Tournament each spring. Outdoor practice facilities on campus include a synthetic putting green, a sand trap, and acreage for driving-range practice. In addition, we have an indoor practice facility equipped with the latest video equipment to enhance player performance. Our home matches are played at the scenic, Pete Dye-designed Wintonbury Hills Golf Club. The team also travels to PGA Village in St. Lucie, Florida, each spring for preseason practice. Each week the boys compete for varsity seeding, ensuring a competitive program that fosters the growth and development of all our student athletes.
