Program Overview
Loomis has a long history of outstanding football. Whether you are a novice, seasoned veteran, or a post-graduate, there is a place for you in our program. The varsity team has a nine-game independent schedule that follows pre-season camp, and the junior varsity team plays a seven-game schedule. There is no need to have had a lifetime of play in order to participate. We are committed to developing a strong program, and our coaches use identical approaches in every level of the program, allowing players to move between teams. Loomis football players are committed to excellence in academics and athletics. Student athletes are encouraged to participate in other sports during the off-season, and most are multi-sport athletes. Our football players work hard on and off the field, play with dignity in victory or defeat, and strive to uphold the standards necessary to succeed as a Loomis student athlete. We are not just trying to help our players become better athletes, but find it more important that they become better young men and great community members.
