Classes ending in 0 and 5, this is your time to celebrate! Weekend highlights include class reunion parties and events, reunion volunteer recognition reception, a memorial service, family activities, faculty and alumni presentations, good food and great entertainment.

Registration
Online registration is now closed. Please come to the Nee Room in Founders Hall to register when you arrive on campus. Registration is open from Noon until 11:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11 and 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12.

Loomis Chaffee dormitory rooms are available for a nominal fee. (On-campus accommodations for alumni celebrating their 50th or 50th PLUS reunions are complimentary.) The dormitories are co-ed during reunion weekend and assignments are made by reunion class. Please note that the dormitories are not air conditioned; guests are welcome to bring fans if they like.

CAMP PELICAN: Family-Friendly Activities and Services
Make your reunion a family affair. Children of our alumni are always welcome on campus and the weekend schedule will include several family-friendly activities and services, designated as Camp Pelican activities.

On Friday and Saturday evenings, we are pleased to offer on-campus childcare from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Services include professional childcare, dinner, snacks and entertainment. We encourage you to take advantage of this service to give the kids a chance to play together while you enjoy the Welcome Dinner on Friday night and your class dinner on Saturday night.

During the day on Saturday, children 4-12 years old are invited to take part in free Camp Pelican activities from 9:00 a.m. - noon and 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.  Daytime fun includes games and sports activities, arts and crafts, a scavenger hunt, and swimming (for competent swimmers age 7 and up). Children under 4 years old, who are accompanied by a parent or childcare provider, are more than welcome to attend daytime events.

Campus Bookstore
The Loomis Chaffee Bookstore will be open at designated times throughout reunion weekend.

Athletic Facilities
The fitness center and athletic facilities will be open at designated times throughout reunion weekend.

Brush Library and Archives
The library and archives will be open at designated times throughout reunion weekend.

Richmond Art Center
The Richmond Art Center will be open at designated times throughout reunion weekend.  Stop by and visit the Alumni Art Show.

Reunion Attire
Casual attire will be the norm for most of reunion weekend. The exception is Saturday night. Dress for the class dinners is cocktail attire.

If you will require special accommodations during reunion, please contact Nicole Jamieson at 860.687.6273, at least two weeks prior to the event. The Alumni/Development Office will work with alumni on a case-by-case basis to identify ways we can assist with individual needs whenever possible.
