The Loomis community last weekend took part in the annual Cultural Outburst multicultural celebration, sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. A large group of students and faculty gathered in Founders Hall to enjoy food, music, dance, and other cultural activities from nations and regions around the globe. Showcasing the diversity of the Loomis community, participants set up more than 20 booths with artifacts and food representing traditions and cultures of their homelands and backgrounds. The celebration included professional music in the Scottish tradition and a number of student performances.
