Vision Statement
We envision a Loomis Chaffee where every student, educator, and community member feels a deep sense of belonging and purpose — where inclusive excellence is not a goal to reach but the standard we uphold in how we live, learn, and lead together.
The Center for Inclusive Excellence & Belonging leads this vision by shaping culture, aligning systems, and supporting the well-being of the entire school community.
