A Collaborative Space

Opened in 1970 and renovated in 2012 and 2014, the Katharine Brush Library serves many different community needs.

First floor of the library

Meeting friends to relax between classes or study for a test?

The first floor’s tables, chairs, and soft seating offer the right environment for conversation and collaboration. Also on the first floor are several computers and printers for student use.

Second floor study rooms

Need a more dedicated space to work on a project with friends?

Reserve one of the library’s six study rooms — each furnished with a conference table, chairs, and white board.

Student reading in the library

Do you prefer to have a quiet place to read or study?

Head to the second floor for a more peaceful experience and beautiful views of the Meadows to the east and Rockefeller Quad to the west.
