Archives
The Loomis Chaffee School Archives preserves a rich and vibrant past.
Here one can learn of the five siblings whose vision led to the chartering of The Loomis Institute in 1874.
Visitors may explore the stories, traditions, and materials gathered during our more than 100 years of educating young people to pursue their best selves and the common good.
Special collections document the historically and artistically important careers of prominent sculptor Evelyn Longman, painter Osbert Loomis, and writer Katharine Brush.
