The Loomis Chaffee Athletics Department celebrated its annual Fall Varsity Awards on Sunday evening, December 8. Athletes, coaches, and families gathered in the Hubbard Performance Hall to celebrate an exceptional fall season.

At Loomis, Jenna excelled as a two-sport varsity athlete, playing ice hockey and lacrosse. After graduating from Loomis, she continued her journey at Dartmouth College, where she played both ice hockey and lacrosse and graduated in 2024. Now she is pursuing her master’s of business administration at Quinnipiac while competing in her fifth year of NCAA eligibility as a member of the ice hockey team.
Student athletes from various varsity programs at Loomis Chaffee participated in a signing ceremony on Thursday, November 14, to acknowledge their commitments to their respective colleges and universities.
The boys soccer and girls volleyball teams delivered standout performances on Wednesday, November 13, in their New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC) tournament quarterfinals, securing decisive victories to advance to the semifinals on Saturday, November 16.
Both the girls and boys varsity cross country teams earned podium finishes at the Division I New England Prep School Track Association (NEPSTA) Championships, held at Hotchkiss on Saturday, November 9.
Backed by the energy from the previous night’s pep rally and dorm banners crafted earlier in the week, Loomis Chaffee teams took on Kent School with determination on November 9, achieving wins across all 10 contests.
