The Pelicans boys and girls swim teams squared off against the Hoggers of Northfield Mount Hermon in Hedges Pool on Wednesday afternoon, where the boys won 86-74, and the girls won 99-73.

Known for our excellence in girls swimming and diving, Loomis consistently finishes among the top schools at the Division I New England Championships, where the Pelicans have captured the title seven times. The program also has won the Western New England Championships 18 times and has produced more than 30 swimming and diving All-Americans and qualifiers. Loomis has won the Founders League Championship 11 out of the last 15 years.
We emphasize individualized training and instruction, focusing on improvement throughout the season. Our team is composed of hard-working swimmers and divers for whom individual goals and improvement are as important as team goals. Our coaching staff has extensive experience coaching at all ability levels, assuring ample instruction and individualized attention in all aspects of training.

The boys and girls swimming and diving teams gained decisive victories over Hotchkiss on Saturday, January 26, in Lakeville, Conn.
The girls swimming and diving team earned a 95-86 victory over a strong team from Hopkins School on Saturday, January 20, in Hedges Pool.
Both the boys and girls swim teams topped Kent on Wednesday in a dual meet at Hedges Pool. The girls team swam and dove to a solid 98-77 victory over the visiting Lions while the boys team took control from the start and won 100-66.
The girls swimming and diving team finished seventh out of 12 teams while the boys finished seventh out of 10 at the Division I New England Prep School Swimming Association Championship over the weekend.
