The Trash Documentary, a film by senior Charlie Morrison
"Did you know that composted food waste from Loomis Chaffee eventually becomes clean energy that powers 700 homes in Southington, CT? For the past three months, I have been working on The Trash Documentary, a short five-minute film about composting here on campus. This film was my Guided Environmental Research Project, and I hope that it brings attention to the importance of correctly sorting your food into the right bins after a meal. Composting is easy, quick, and an incredibly important component of fighting climate change! I hope you enjoy." REMINDER Musical Revue — Friday, May 7 and Saturday, May 8 This Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., Musical Revue has their annual show on The Outdoor Chaffee Lawn Stage. UPDATE This Week's Theme is Strength
This week's reflection: You have the strength to keep going! As we approach the end of the spring, remind yourself of how strong you are. Remember that you are almost there and all your effort and determination is being tested in this last term. You ARE strong enough and we wish you all the best to close up the year in good terms!
