Please note that submissions may be published in one or more publications, including print publications, and/or in other communications, depending on the nature of the content. All submissions may be edited for length and style.

Daily Bulletin: Sent Monday–Friday and Sunday to students, faculty and staff, and subscribers — factual information about events and activities. Submission deadline is 2 p.m. daily for Monday through Friday's edition and 2 p.m. on Friday for Sunday's edition.

Community News: Sent every Monday to faculty and staff — information relevant to faculty and staff at Loomis. Submission deadline is 2 p.m. on Monday.

Pelican Pride: Sent every Friday to students, parents, and faculty and staff — celebrating the successes of students and the wider Loomis community. Submission deadline is 12 p.m. on Friday.

Parent eNews: Sent to all current parents every Thursday while school is in session. Submission deadline is 2 p.m. on Thursday.
