Enrichment Program

June 27–July 22, 2022

Join academically motivated students entering grades 7 through 10 from around the world who value learning and have fun doing it. Students take two of our acclaimed Writing Workshops in the morning and have a choice of two afternoon elective courses.

Best Self Curriculum

All students participate in our Best Self Curriculum, because we believe that the path to leading and inspiring change begins with self-awareness. We strive to assist in the discovery of passions, talents, and each student's profound ability to make a positive impact. Self-discovery and character development is a lifelong process. Through a host of new experiences and intentional reflection, we will prepare you to embrace that process with open arms!

Emphasis on Writing

Writing is integral and invaluable to your education, and like any skill, it requires practice, knowledge of the fundamental techniques and rules, good instruction, and then more practice. Writing has long been a Signature Program at The Loomis Chaffee School, so we make it a priority in the Summer Program, too.

2022 Course Offerings

Enrichment Program students take:

  • Two 2-week Writing Workshops in the morning (one for the first two weeks and the other for the final two weeks).

  • Two 4-week afternoon electives.

The application for the Enrichment Program is now closed.
