Program Overview
The Loomis girls track and field team has built an impressive record over the years as one of the most competitive programs in both the Founders League (five-time champions) and New England Prep School Track Association Division I (three time champions, as well as numerous second-and third-place honors). One of the most impressive components of our program lies in our "no cuts" policy, which allows every athlete to participate and hone their talent.
The team is fortunate to have many qualified event-specific coaches who work with small groups of athletes. The goal of our coaching staff is to help each athlete develop their individual skills in order to help the team perform as a competitive unit. Each year our athletes set Founders League and school records, and many of our student athletes go on to compete at the Division I and Division III level in college.
