Leadership Giving Society

The Loomis Chaffee Leadership Giving Society supports our mission to nurture students in mind, body, and spirit. Our dedicated alumni, families, faculty, and staff have a rich tradition of generous support, strengthening our school more than ever before.

A robust Annual Fund is essential to cover Loomis Chaffee’s annual operating expenses. While every gift matters, Leadership Giving to the Annual Fund ensures we remain an outstanding school with exceptional people and programs. In 2024–25, gifts from leadership donors made up 92 percent of total dollars of the Annual Fund.

Make a Gift

Alumni, parents, and friends choose to make leadership gifts for many reasons — to express their gratitude for the role Loomis Chaffee has played in their lives, strengthen and advance the school, have a positive impact on future generations of leaders, or leave a legacy. Restricted gifts to capital or endowment purposes typically start at the $100,000 level. Gifts between $1,000–$100,000 are have the most impact when directed to the Annual Fund.
