Fall Athletic Awards 2024
The Loomis Chaffee Athletics Department celebrated its annual Fall Varsity Awards on Sunday evening, December 8.
Athletes, coaches, and families gathered in the Hubbard Performance Hall to celebrate an exceptional fall season. Field hockey, volleyball, and boys and girls cross country claimed Founders League titles. Girls and boys cross country finished second and third, respectively, in the New England prep school Division I championship meet. Volleyball, field hockey, and boys and girls soccer all qualified for their respective New England prep school Class A tournaments, with volleyball and boys soccer advancing to the semifinals and girls soccer and field hockey reaching the quarterfinals.
During Sunday’s awards, coaches shared highlights from the season, recognized individual players for their contributions, and reflected on their teams’ successes.
