Loomis Chaffee head boys lacrosse coach Bill Lee has been named Coach of the Year by the Western New England Lacrosse Coaches' Association. The award was presented Thursday, May 21, at the annual meeting of the coaches' association.
Sophomores David Miccoli and Jason Liu packed a lethal one-two punch in leading the boys golf team to victory Wednesday over 23 schools in the 42nd annual Kingswood Oxford Invitational Golf tournament, which doubles as the Western New England Championship. The win signified only the second Western New England title in the history of the Loomis boys golf program.

The girls track program's 4 x 100-meter relay team won the prep division for the second year in a row at the Penn Relays on Thursday. The 4 x 400-meter relay team also took first-place honors on Thursday narrowly edging last year's champion, Hotchkiss, in that event.
