Save the date!

Join us for Family Weekend 2026 on Friday, October 23, and Saturday, October 24. We look forward to welcoming families back to campus for a weekend of connection, conversation, and community.

Family Weekend is an opportunity to spend time with your student, meet advisors, teachers, and coaches, and experience life on the Island. Throughout the weekend, a variety of programs and events will showcase the Loomis Chaffee experience.

Additional information, including the schedule of events, registration, and area accommodations, will be available soon.

Important Reminders

  • Monday, October 26, is a fall term holiday. There will be no classes, athletic practices, or extracurricular activities.
  • Boarding students who leave campus for the long weekend should return by 7:30 p.m. on Monday in time for evening study hall. Classes resume on Tuesday, October 27.
  • Students are welcome to leave campus after their final obligation on Saturday.
