Vacation Schedule and Transportation
We hope you will find the following information helpful when making travel arrangements for your child for the 2023–24 school year. All dormitories are closed during the vacations listed below.
We understand that sometimes there are conflicts with exams and travel plans. However, permission to leave early or to return late from school breaks must be obtained from your child’s dean. Permission for an early arrival for international students will also necessitate a conversation with Molly Pond, director of international student support, in order to arrange a homestay. Appropriate homestays are not always easy to arrange, so please make this request well in advance of your child’s need. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support. Signing Up for transportation
Students must sign up on the REACH App and a fee will be assessed to the student’s account. Please sign up early as space is limited. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to cathleen_markowski@loomis.org
Cancellation
There will be a $50 fee assessed if students cancel less than 48 hours prior to departures or arrivals. Please effectively communicate any change of plans.
