NOTE: The nonrefundable enrollment registration deposit must be received by April 10, 2026, for new students and April 16, 2026, for returning students. You may submit your enrollment deposit online when you complete the enrollment contract, or you may mail your payment to the school. New and returning students should mail the deposit to the Business Office, Loomis Chaffee School, 4 Batchelder Road, Windsor, CT 06095.
Payment Options 2026–27
At Loomis Chaffee, we recognize that you are making a significant financial commitment to your child’s education and that this may be a challenge for families. To help you manage those costs, we offer the following payment options.
Tuition Payment Schedule Options
Under the standard payment schedule, families pay annual expenses in two installments: the first on or before July 1, 2026, and the second on or before December 1, 2026. NOTE: The nonrefundable registration deposit and signed enrollment contract are due on April 10, 2026, for new students, and April 16, 2026, for returning students.
There are also two options available through FACTS Tuition Management, a specialist in education planning and financing. NOTE: If you are participating in FACTS Tuition Management, do not include the nonrefundable registration deposit in the annual amount budgeted under the payment plan. FACTS Tuition Management allows you to pay annual expenses in 9 monthly installments or in 4 quarterly installments beginning May 1, 2026. Both options are interest-free.
